I am an actor, writer and teaching artist from both sides of Pennsylvania. In 2012 I moved to Philadelphia and began working primarily as a stage actor, although I frequently worked in commercial, trade and industrials, with a few minor film roles along the way as well.
I'm looking to tell the biggest stories of our time to a vast and diverse audience. As an artist I offer an intellectual nuanced exploration of 21st century masculinity with iconoclastic wit and sincere vulnerability.
I've moved to the Chicagoland area in 2022 after getting my MFA in acting at Northern Illinois University. I am seeking local representation for film, television, voice over and theatre work.
I've spent most of my life in theatre as an actor and devising artist. In 2006 I began my education at the PA Governor's School for the Arts before attending Indiana University of PA (BA Theatre). My training at IUP included Stanislavski, Viewpoints, Le Coq, devising, stage combat, dialects, and Shakespearean verse. I distinguished myself as a talented artist and leader, and was invited to be the University's student commencement speaker in 2012.
I received my MFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University in 2022. In addition to training in Meisner technique, Fitzmaurice voice, and Williamson movement. In addition to my education, I taught Introductory acting classes to both majors and non-majors, as well as workshops and master classes to area high school students.
At NIU I founded the Annual 24Hr Theatre Festival (now in its fourth year) as well as the NIU Radio Players, with whom I produced a pilot episode of
"Little Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Adventure"
(coming soon!)
In Philadelphia I was proud to forge rewarding artistic relationships with both established and emerging theatre companies, and have been favorably reviewed in The New York Times, Huffington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, DCMetro Arts, and more. I was a founding ensemble member of and continue to collaborate with Die-Cast Theatre specializing in immersive site-specific theatre.
